Stormbird Entertainment has only been around as a business for
a short time, but has established itself as
the leading
professional DJ service in Kalgoorlie, priding itself on
satisfying you, the customer.
Our equipment is the
industry standard, from Denon Twin CD and Newmark Mixers to
Alto Powered Speakers and Spectacular light show.
DJ Scotty first started his Disc Jockey career in 1995 at
Toowoomba’s
High Court Café, and soon established himself as one of the
leading DJ’s in Toowoomba. In 1997 he moved to Melbourne and
continued his nightclub career at Hot Gossip and 21 Arms in
Ballarat, and the Gallery Nightclub in Warrnambool. It was
also in 1997 that his mobile disco career started. From these
early days, Scott has worked at hotels in the heart of Sydney
and also on cruises of Sydney Harbour. Since moving to
Kalgoorlie, he has worked at de Bernales Tavern, Paddy’s Ale
House and Sylvesters.
DJ
Andrea's love of music has seen her move
from humble beginnings at Lindrum's
Late Night Bar and Club V8 in Boulder where the emphasis was rock and
retro, to Paddy's Ale House, and more recently to De bernales.
Being female in an industry where male DJ's dominate, meant
the road ahead was always going to be long, and after being told she
would never make it and having just 2 years training up her
sleeve, determination saw her fast become Kalgoorlies
top party DJ - packing out de Bernales Tavern every Saturday
night with over 300 people!
DJ Brendon's career
spans more than a decade on the Goldfields and most of you
would remember him from the 90's hit show "Money for Nothing"
at Sylvesters nightclub, to more recently The Club Inn and now
along side Scotty and Andrea at Kal's number 1 nightspot De
bernales Tavern. Brendons face would've been seen at
almost every venue in Kalgoorlie over the last 10 years! One
of our more experienced DJ's - Brendon plays songs that he knows
the crowd love to hear - unlike some DJ's we have all come
across that play songs they think they crowd NEED to hear!
